Probes used in counterparts

Terminals (contacts) are tested using spring loaded test probes that establish electrical connection upon contact. Test probes are screwed in threaded receptacle to ensure fast and solder free replacement.

Upon request push-back test is possible using special probes with 15N spring force and position sensitive contact.

Additional tests are performed using switch probes that connect the circuit upon reaching switching position. Switch probes are screwed in threaded receptacle to ensure fast and solder free replacement. Also the height of the probe can be adjusted to desired level.

Our main supplier for test probes is German company PTR. Test probes have high quality and long life span. We are also official distributor for PTR test probes for Finland and Baltics.

There is 8 or 16 interface cards ready installed in the table.
